VERIZON do not needed iPhone to compete with DROID and other smartphones since iPhone insulted and condemned Verizon services could not handle data jammed like ATT does. So no iPhone for Verizon.

People like you are total idiots! "VZW doesn't need an iPhone to compete with their current phone offerings..." Yeah why would a company want to diversify it's product offerings to allow for the greatest possible satisfaction of it's customers (sarcasm)!? I just thank goodness people like you are not running popular/successful companies; otherwise we all might be stuck using razrs...you know, cuz the Razr was just such a great phone, why would anyone want something better/different?

Even thought I like the Droid over the iPhone I think Verizon deserves a chance with the iPhone. It would be good to see the iPhone to its full potential. I still wouldn't buy one because I have a Droid, but it'd get AT&T off their high-horse.

If verizon gets the iphone i think alot of ATT customers will switch for the constant 3g coverage, yeah att is good too but not as reliable and u guys know that start traveling a little and u will see, i mean even local just from city to city, i live in sacramento and work all over the bay area and i get great coverage with verizon cant say the same about my partners i phone, but his phone is sick, cant wait for it to come on verizon so i can get it.

ATT is more reliable ask the president he uses MaBell lol but verizon do got more coverage, verizon just keep up the expectations you got all these bloggers routing for b/c if not............
