However, recordings of Apple keynotes get posted on the company's web site in a matter of hours after the event has finished, and yesterday's announcement of the iPhone 5 is no exception...

Ok, now whose falsely advertising? Worlds thinnest smartphone at 7.6mm? Isn't the Moto Razr a smartphone and 7.1mm thick?

Last I checked...7.1mm is thinner than 7.6 Apple...Not only is the Moto Droid Razr thinner than your criphone...its smarter too!
