J.D. Power and Associates has come out with its annual report on customer satisfaction for the mobile industry, and once again Apple has taken the top spot on the survey. Not surprisingly, RIM/Blackberry ranks pretty badly, but we were surprised to see Nokia where it is...

This research is faulty, it's quite evident because even Amazon the online shopping retailer has Nokia products with higher consumer satisfaction than the iPhone. Even Siri has confessed to that fact!

i'm just being critical about this, because CNN says Osama Bin Ladin is in the mountains according to reports doesn't mean he actually is OR if a research is done in building with 10 participants out of 1000 makes the survey very questionable and misleading.

Hey the people have spoken. Don't hate on apple they didn't vote for themselves, instead of taking to PA to post ur dumb posts maybe u should've submitted ur android support to JD Powers fools.
