Apple offering free direct shipment for iPhones

Things are starting to heat up for the summer and Apple is looking to move forward with hopefully a new iPhone coming out soon. In the mean time, they just started offering free shipping for any new iPhone purchased through the Apple Store. So if you've been hesitant on buying one, now might be the time to buy and save extra cash at the same time. This new act leads one to believe that Apple might be trying to get rid of their current inventory to make room for that new batch everyone is anticipating for. So head on over to the Apple Store and get yours if the time is right. Or you can just hold off and wait for those new ones?

This artical misses the point...it is not about free shipping...this is the first time Apple is offering direct shippments of the iPhone. Agreed with SellPhones82. Historically when Apple opens more sources for purchasing the iPhone, they're getting rid of inventory in anticipation of a new model. The fact they indicated you could save money is idiotic. You can go to the store and not pay shipping too. The real news is it seems pretty clear with this and other evidence a new model is on its way...
