Apple is bullish with its predictions - planning to produce 100 million iPhones and 48 million iPads in 2011
This prediction is based on supply chain checks and it points out that Apple is looking out to record a 100% increase in consecutive years. According to a calculation based on the same method, for the calendar 2010 Apple is planning to build approximately 50 million iPhones.
What's your opinion on that? Do you think Apple will be able to achieve these astronomical figures or the Cupertino-based company is overestimating its capabilities?

it all depends on how many iphone and ipad sales they average for at&t...if its a 10% increase it is attainable...if the estimate is a lot higher than that, it means that they are planning on releasing the iphone on verizon and expect a huge conversion once it's released
