I hadn't considered W8, but this phone is extremely tempting. Very nice specs and having " whole camera suspension mechanism inside for that sweet optical image stabilization" sounds like I'll finally have in focus photos!

This is the comparison I am more interested in. It's one thing to be comparable to a phone release 4 months ago, or a few days ago, or today. But how does the new iPhone stack up to what I believe to be the best phone on the market... released in October, 2011.

Even NOKIA 920 have better specs than the iPhone 5. 920 and GSIII both have 720p screen and the lame iPhone 5 have a 640 Screen and the body still looks the same ol thing nothing change except their dock. I'd choose the GSIII over the iPhone 5 anyday

i think lumia 920/820 and other WP will be pissed coz iPhone's now ready to ship and will "conquer" the mobile world again.. even nokia really show a slight beast of the WP (coz i believe lumia 920 could be better if it will be announce 2013 coz i think it was rush for nokia world!)

i feel bad for nokia and microsoft!! i wish that these lumia will be ship on september!

Im an ipad 3 user and a galaxy s3 user. I wish i could have the lumia 920. I dnt kike iphone because of its small screen so i choosed ipad for excellent apps. My galaxy s3 is smooth but laggy sometimes. Windows doesnt need much ram unlike with android who eats ram. 1gig ram is enough to power lumia 920. Nice interface very fluid.

wow folks it is good to see that Windows smart phones now have the High tech Hd screen and other electronic components to finally compete with The best Iphone or Android smart phones. We will soon see the new features of the New Operating system for windows smart phones which is windows 8. So far AT & T, Verizon and Others who been testing it are bullish about it. It is better than windows 7.5 or 7.8 that will be on current Windows smart phones. I cannot wait to get my hands on a Windows 8 smart phone
