Atrix 4G did that almost two years ago. Motorola should sue Apple!

The original Atrix (2 years old) had a fingerprint scanner. Do some research before bashing other people.

Meh!!

It's also true, LG can sue Apple for that (was the 1st), !
(finger print reader used to unlock the phone acts as a navigational option as well – it actually works pretty well when scrolling)

But Motorola Atrix WAS the 2nd introducing the fingerprint scanning.

Please read first before to comment.
Good luck for that, you moron.

I haven't seen much rumors about the storage size increase...
And fingerprint scanning is realy unlikely!

I take this all as an update to iPhone 4s rather then the new iphone.
New design ? New contacts menu ? Show me what is new about it ?
It has all just been updated. Nano sim ? I have samsung S2 which is half slimmer then iPhone and it uses the standard old sim card. So dont understand what they trying to do here. New smaller connector ? So i can throw away all my speakers and devices that were done for iphone.
I personally see nothing new and groundbreaking on this new iphone. This is just update to 4S which is nice, but would never be enough for me. Not after 2 years of waiting.

I heard they were going to include an adapter in the box, so all the docks and connectors and whatnot will still work.

peter the s2 isnt slimmer than the 4s. youre wrong. i used both phones at the same time for 5 months. iphone is definately slimmer so your non factual statements can just stop....

Galaxy S 2: 4.93 x 2.60 x 0.33 mm

iPhone 4S: 4.54 x 2.31 x 0.37 mm

The iPhone is .04 mm thicker than the S2. Do some research before commenting, it makes you sound a lot more intelligent.

berzerker damn way to hate on the guy who was on your side. honestly like i said ive used them both at the same time. and despite the actual measurements for some reason the iphone still looks slimmer. kind of weird. you sure u didnt mess that up bud?

Scroll up for a minute, then type in the PA search bar; iPhone 4S. Open it in a new tab. Then, go back to the search bar, type in; Galaxy S 2. Open in a new tab. PA lists the devices dimensions. I didn't mess anything up.

How exactly were you on my side? Back in the comments, you were trying to prove me wrong by saying the Galaxy S 2 and 3 were like the iPhone, which they aren't. Don't believe me? Scroll up again. Comments are right there. And, all I said was that there should be an adapter in the box to make the connectors and docks work. I agreed with everything else in peter's comment.

Wow, if this really amazes you then I take it that you are real iFan.
Did you know that S3 is tracking your eyes when you reading so it never turns the screen off ? That is something where I would say WOW !

That finger print scanner and mission control are pretty cool. Would love to see if this is the actual product, very promising. Also, what's the A6 processor? I thought they were going to use the A5X that's in the new iPad? Is it an A-15?

Yes. If this were the actual product (which I highly doubt) it would seem to be a decent upgrade, with some good features. Especially if the A6 chip is quad core or A-15. I wish they did something different with the display though, and a more different design. That mission control idea as well is very nice, I like it. Apple should take notes from these concepts.

This concept video is the closest vid for the real thing. The fingerprint scanning home button is just, too exaggerated.

I hope for the sake of innovation, that this is really not the iPhone 5.
