"(a) experienced antenna or reception issues;

(b) been unable to return your iPhone 4 without incurring
any costs;

(c) been unwilling to use a case or free bumper for your
iPhone 4; and

(d) completed certain troubleshooting steps or are unable
to complete the troubleshooting steps because you no
longer own your iPhone."

The claimants have to be US residents, who are or have been owners of the iPhone 4, and satisfy all of the abovementioned requirements."

In other words, no one is getting $15 bucks from Apple because they've made it almost impossible to satisfy all of the Sheeply requirements. The only requirement should be proof of current or past iPhone 4 ownership, i.e., a receipt, AT&T contract proof (with iDud activation) or a nicely knitted sheep's wool hat.

What's $15 freakin' dollars anyway, the bloody thing cost $600-$749 and was useless.

ahh, the glory of class action lawsuits. The plaintiffs get jack crap while the laywer takes 1/3rd of the total pot.

You said it. And, anyone who accepted that free bumper case back in 2010, you know, the one that cost 0.10¢ to manufacture, is instantly disqualified from receiving the $15 settlement amount.

Apple to Shē€p, "Sorry little one, our records indicate that you received a free bumper case in the Fall of 2010: [$15.] DENIED!"

Okay, I checked the website out and I saw the notice about iPhone 4 owners STILL being able to obtain a black bumper for free. So does that mean I can get one even though I didn't get my iPhone when it first came out?

Literally a minimal payment to shut their mouths and not complain about dropped calls!
