The iPad (3rd gen at least) version of iOS7 is in no way shape or form ready for release. Unless beta 7 fixes a whole host of UI issues and bugs then i can't see it being released at the same time as the iPhone version. Maybe in October for the new 5th gen iPad?

Readily agree. I honestly like iOS7 much better than iOS6 but it is still rather slow and buggy/glitchy. i have to manually power off and back on sometimes when I pinch to the homescreen because there's a massive glitch where it will do nothing but show your wallpaper (even after unlocking the lock screen).
