Tim Cook has always raved about the Nike FuelBand that is usually found around one of his wrists; perhaps that is why the Cupertino based company decided to sign fitness expert Jay Blahnik who will probably put to work immediately on the Apple iWatch project. Blahnik had important roiles in several Nike products including the FuelBand...

Smart watches will be DOA products because they are going to be super overpriced.

We don't know how Apple is going to price it beside you need to use iOS to use their watches,
Other companies smart watches are popular and are priced correctly.

I like the fuelband, it's a non purchase thus far do to lack on HR monitor tech, LG was talking about it at E3, I would love advances in a fuel band...
oh and I think ALL of the smart watches are much like the 3D TVs from years ago. Manufacturers think we want them when we don't! I call bust and not because of high price because they are small versions of our phones, like 1.5" versions, no thanks for a few extra button conveniences, I'll keep my Wenger watch thank you very much :)
