Trying to do the work of the court, following Judge Lucy Koh's recent injunctions on the Samsung Galaxy Tab and the Samsung GALAXY Nexus, Apple sent out letters to retailers, asking them to stop selling those two devices including any left over inventory...

Keep hating on apple. Greatest most valuable company in the world. Keep hating. No better product and company. They will continue to outsell and out perform every competitor out there. Not sure why you guys and girls get hard ons for bashing apple. Can't afford their items? Have you ever walked into an apple store? I havent had any comparison experience walking into a Samsung or google store yet.... Oh yea nevermind.

Thats called smart buying. A PC that if I wanted to I could upgrade just about every piece of hardware in it including the PC case....

Ever compared the iPhone, iPad to other tablets and phones on carriers? Upgrade prices are about the same, retail prices are about the same. You do realize some ppl buy Android products at retail, right?

All Android phones and tablets dont start out at $99 or a penny.

Huh, so now APPLE is telling retailers what to do - even though, legally, they have no right to...at least not yet. I hope the courts look at that on the day of JUDGEMENT.
