Yes apple, don't originate your own ideas. Just take those of others and slap your logo on it, then sell it for 10X the normal price.......

Calm down. Are you complaining about car companies that are making cars even though they didn't invent the first one? Should every household appliance only be made by the original company that invented them? WTF kind of world are you trying to live in. Good ideas are good ideas and shuold be mimicked for the sake of the consumers. More options are always better. You don't dislike Apple, you dislike people who buy Apples stuff and for that I ask you why you think your opinion is superior to those consumers?

How is this a patent? It looks like an idea. An idea that was in movies in the 70s. Anyway, I'm sure it was hipster on kickstarter, but now the same supporters will say it's sucks since Apple owns it. Lol faux hipsters.

Lol exactly it looks like Apple are being granted patents for products that have not been made or can make. How is this any different to say trying to patent a flying car lol yh if you can patent an idea without a product or method then the future of patent trolling is going to be getting worse.

Patent system has been a joke since they changed it from first to invent to first to patent. Any corporation with money like Apple can hire a room fool of people to think tank ideas for the sole purpose of patenting those ideas. Lawsuits to follow, regardless if the patent holder ever built it or not.

What this article didn't mention is that this patent was originally filed in 2007, and it took until now to finally get approved.

Most patents for all companies do not show what the actual product looks like. You should know that. It's quite common sense.
