So basically in 530's mind, any TOUCHSCREEN phone, that can keep world time and has phone radios is a copy of the iPhone (rolls eyes)...Damn there goes every MESSAGING phone out there too....

Well DJ. Based on evidences Apple presented to the court, the court obviously agrees that there is copying. You of course wouldn't mind the copying because you're benefiting from it. Or else, you'd be stuck with a resistive touchscreen phone :)

if apple didn't copy the touchscreen there wouldnt be an iphone... and there were touch screens before the Iphone, so its technically copying isn't it?

lol why are we even bothered about who copies who...as far as i am concerned and you should to is that everyone copies everyone and end of the day it is us consumers who will benefit....apple or samsung will not give anyone a dime out of this lawsuit for supporting them lol...we will find out who copied who when the case is done with and then we will know who was wrong or not...i dont have no knowledge on this other than what i read on the net and unless your involved and know every last detail i highly doubt you do too...we probably only know the bare minimum...

Android users are the ones mostly bothered, lol. They don't want the copying to stop for their android devices will stagnate and will be left with nothing new, lol. Who really knows who owns what. Last time I checked, the agency awarding patents are just as confused as the readers, lol. But what I can truly say is. Apple products have influenced the mobile tech industry HUGELY since the first iphone came out. That's a fact.

No doubt the iPhone changed the industry for the better. And now Android gets to return the favor by influencing iOS 5. Your gonna love the notification center. Consider it Android's gift to you.

IT'LL BE A COLD DAY IN HELL WHEN SOMEONE BUYS AN ANDROID DEVICE BECAUSE THEY GOT IT MIXED UP WITH AN IPHONE.

THAT IS THE MOST DESPERATE AND CHILDISH EXCUSE THAT I'VE EVER HEARD AN ISHEEP SAY.

NOBODY BUT AN ISHEEP WOULD SAY SOMETHING SO RIDICULOUS.

:)
RIDICULOUS
