Apple deletes controversial system that rates an app when you delete it

With the new OS, Apple has deleted the system that forces you to rate an app from 1 to 5 stars after you have removed it from your phone...

Why??? And ur not forced to rate the app. That's the purpose of the no thanks button. Way to make apple sound evil.
