It's probably AT&T network because I have a 3GS (waiting on my 4S) and it drops calls like crazy. - Although Apple did acknowledge there was a problem with the 4 and provided a solution "free case". - They fixed the problem in the 4S. - It's hard to redesign and change the internals of a phone once it has already gone into production.

Considering the precedent set with design issues/embarrassing bugs at Apple by Steve Jobs, this is... I won't say surprising, because Jobs isn't around to be an asshole to a complaining customer or to spin bulls**t about "other people have this problem, but we don't. " however, I wasn't sure how Apple would respond this time around. I'm glad to see that they didn't follow Steve's example. I'm glad to see they did a good job by not making excuses and simply busting their asses on fixing the issue instead.

So, in the end, this will simply be a footnote, not remembered down the road. It'll be like the batch of defective screens in the first DROID Xs, or the wifi bug in Android servers, or the battery life/speaker issue on the Boulder in the G'zOne series. This is the kind of behavior, which along with a changing attitude toward constant litigation against competitors and more equitable relationships with business partners, could help sway my opinion of Apple away from animosity and back toward a healthy respect, even if I prefer someone else's products.

The same standard could apply to you too. You're intelligent enough to know what I mean by that. Learn from this, Taco. You idolize Apple, so follow the example they've just set.

It takes quite a bit to be the bigger man like this Snig.. And hopefully taco follows suit. I myself feel the same way.. my anger towards sheep is due to them blindly following the BS that SJ was as a person.. If Apple can become a decent company.. Quit with the patent race and just give their customers a amazing phone (4s is piss poor compared to what they could really offer if they focused their finances and productivity into rnd) maybe changed their slight of tongue in marketing and just put up then most Android fans might go to Apple.. Sure jobs did quite a bit for the company.. But not much for customers.. The tech is there.. Give it to the people. Apple fans should understand they aren't getting the full potential of what the company could give them.. Sure its shiny.. But not magical.. No innovation.. A mid range phone to say the least.. The list goes on. Apple may be making a turn for the best hopefully the sheep will see they deserve better not by Android but by Apple.

Odd a midrange phone that's copied by everyone. Siri is way ahead of what android offers for example bit takes better pictures and has smoother and more stable performance. A better ecosystem with way better and more secure apps. iCloud is better than googles cloud services.

Apple beats android in just about every way. Only thing google has is free navigation.
