anyone else a little disappointed on the ipad? No 4g, no camera that I can see, not much better than an iphone. No verizon 3g support. It looks a little bleh.

It's simply another beautiful but crippled Apple device ... No better than an iPod Touch, except for the huge screen. Yes, the experience must be a hundred times better, but is it worth the investment? And they also seem to stick to the same old design. I don't say its bad, but they might just make a few alterations. I'm almost sure the new iPhone will have the very same design and some more advanced (than the previous one) characteristics. And no multitasking again ... LOL I mean, I have an iPhone and I like it, but come on Apple. When are you going to learn your lesson?

The iphone will be on other carriers. It hasn't been announced yet because it will hurt iphone sales in the short term as people wait for it to become availible on other carriers. Chill.

it would be cool if it had: phone capabilities, a camera, a replaceable batter and a improved OS....without those things it is for sure just a oversized ipod touch. thats it. AT&T sucks and i wish apple realized that.

Has anyone even considered the fact that maybe the iPad was not MEANT to replace a netbook? That maybe it was made to be a Nook/Kindle killer? Instead of looking at the things it does not have compared to other Apple products, look at the things that it does have compared to the products it was meant to replace...
