Apple announced another record quarter a few hours ago with a whopping $13.1 billion in profits in the Holiday quarter and nearly 48 million iPhones sold…

Next quarter is going to be extremely rough for Apple. Sales will most likely be about the same or slightly lower but I have a feeling the profit margin is going to continue to decrease..... Oh well, its about time their products got knocked down to a reasonable value.

US carriers' business model helps Apple. The users don't pay full price for phones so iPhone has the same price as other phones. In fact iPhones are much more expensive and that's very unfair to Android.

Apple will learn the lesson THE HARD WAY.
They will keep falling like dominoes.
They need to realize the costumers make the rules not them, if they don't lower their prices plus make IOS more user friendly they will end up like Nokia and RIM

If its really analysised a lot of these sales are Ifans buying the iPod touch,iPhone and also iPad. They might be essentially the same device but Ifans will buying apple items over and over. IPhone rebuying rate worldwide is also high. In Europe for example a 2 yr warranty is a legal free right but the iPhone only comes with one,and by god from day to day experience I've seen those iphones have an innate ability to suddenly go faulty after he 12 months have expired. I've seen many Ifan say "sure if I have to pay so much for the repair I might as well buy the "new" iPhone instead ",thus creating a yearly purchase turn over for apple
