im sorry ted, but in know way do i see htc benifitting from this.
apple is only going to use htc patents as more ammunition in the court room. and what exactly does apple have that htc needs?
once the majority of apples bs patents are overturned(hopefully) where does this leave htc?

Good move by HTC. They dont have much money to throw in for the lawyers. also got a chance to use apple patented things. No more infringement ! Lets bring some serious competition.
