Tuesday morning local time, China Telecom confirmed that it will launch the Apple iPhone 4S with pre-orders beginning on March 2nd; the device, which will be free on contract, can be ordered on the carrier's web site or through third party resellers...

In Malaysia here only maxis used to carry the iPhone until the iPhone 4 changed everything , it's available for rival digi then celcom but in the case for celcom it's too late to make a difference as the next iPhone is coming and celcom ended up selling all their stock of the iPhone 4 unlocked for a cheap price
