First i liked Apple products, thought they were cool (i still think they are, just not the best), then had mixed feelings with them, now i'm really starting to hate every inch of Apple real estate!!

Separately, I am wondering how Apple gets Android added to the lawsuit. So far, Google is not a party to the lawsuit. Google is the licensor of Android, so any ban on JB would normally require the licensor of JB to be a party to the suit.

How Apple gets to stylus' infringing patents should be interesting to watch. I have a distinct memory of a stylus being part of the Palm Treo 650. That would seem to cause Apple some problems with invalidity of any patent they claim to assert against an implementation of stylus functionality by Sammy.

Time to load up on popcorn and beer for the round of entertainment.

I asked this question when MS was trying to sue manufactures for Google Maps. I think thats what MS gets the license fee for.

No, I wouldn't say the patent system gets all the blame. I'd say 50/50. 50% for Apple for filing such dumba** patents, and 50% to the patent office for giving them the dumba** patents.

Still, Apple is taking advantage of a broken system. Kinda seems a lil like taking advantage of a really drunk chick in a bar. It just ain't right, ya know?

Yeah right. Where it's true that all companies are businesses and money is indeed one of their main goal, Apple just takes all the wrong actions to make itself a saint while attacking every other companies unreasonably claiming they invented everything and everyone else is just stealing when it's not true.

It's funny how your answers have been changing from:

Apple is doing nothing wrong just protecting itself while Samsung is to blame,
