"50,000 Genius Bar appointments scheduled every single day."
How is this a good thing to be reporting? 50,000 people having problems with their Macs and iProducts, doesn't spell "quality products". Which is probably why I never got the "Genius bar customer satisfaction" argument iFans throw at me, if the product was good you wouldn't need to go back to get help now would you?

not an apple fan and im an andriod user.
Say sir where can i fix my broken andriod phone? Being an andriod user, u can not believe how jealous im over apples customer service. With andriod I just never seem to find a person who knows can explain everything to me or anyways to fix it. God knows the number of andriod devices that need fix or have accidents, but i bet its more than 50000 daily (theres alot of andriod users)

Most Android problems can be solved if you bother to search Google. At least for me 98% of the problems I've experienced with Android for the last 2 years +, I've been able to find a fix online, the 2% I can't were either an Android limitation or a Firmware problem (Which Samsung fixed eventually).
As for hardware problems like cracks and shattered screen (never experienced it, and I hope I never do), just go to the service center, most will either fix it under warranty, or for a cost. If they can't fix it, there are other places that repair phones too.
What I'm trying to say is, Apple's "High customer satisfaction" is both due to the products not being as good as they're supposed to be, and that the users are too stupid to know better and just walk into the Apple store to ask a question that Google could answer in 2 seconds.

Your idea that the quality must be poor in Apple products doesn't quite make sense. That's assuming way to much, if anything it speaks to intelligence of Apple users (Or sometimes lack of) ,many of them are likely just your average Joe who was suckered into purchasing Apple care with their iPhone. So yeah if they don't know how to turn the wifi on they'll go to the apple store and make an appointment. If anything I think Apple's biggest flaw is naming their service area the Genius bar, talk about inflated egos!

too bad mines is hardware problem and there is no way i paying $50 t0 fix my driod x now when a brand new driod x cost less than $100. my warrently is over, my insurance even thru i pay $10 every month for the past 2 yrs ask me to pay another $100 in order to get the same old driod x 2 years later. What im trying to say is if an andriod phone is over 1 yr old there is rly not much point of fixing it anymore as there is always a phone that surpass ur phone in everything for cheaper.

Much props to their customer service as often times the general public is clueless. That said, the sheer number of people who purchase these devices and still do not know how to use them shows a serious lack of something; even if iOS is said to be easy to use.
