International Trade Commission Administrative Law Judge Thomas B. Pender has moved back by 6 days the investigation of Apple's claims against Samsung; the new opening date of the investigation will be October 25th with a final ruling expected February 25th, 2013...

The real question is what is Pender like? He's gotta have more experience in this field than Koh does, hopefully anyway.

thanks to Apple they put more money to litigation than innovation!
thanks to all the patents all the innovations are delayed by at least 1 year in mobile industry!
