"The Appeals Court said it reversed Judge Koh not only because she had abused her discretion, but also because Apple could not prove that buyers were purchasing the Samsung GALAXY Nexus because of the infringing technology."

Ya dig? Sounds like while bat s**t insanity is taking root elseware, common sense is seeping in through some cracks...

QUICK APPLE! Better plug up those cracks with some green paper fast, the old filling has dissapeared!

It's not surprising that the appeals court overturned the injunction ruling. It's asinine that Judge Kohn would ban a product just over a simple search feature that could be easily fixed with a quick update. I think it's time for Judge Koh to take off the robe.

No!!! I most certainly would NOT want to see her with her robe off...

Never should've been banned in the first place. Joke plaintiff, joke judge, joke trial.

Nice resume Koh is building, rookie judge like herself should never have been given such a high profile case to preside over.

Funny... I have unified search on my One S.. funny because I never even use it. Neat feature I guess but pointless. Although I know why apple had to put it in their software, I don't know how many times I have to tell people to "put your finger in the left side of the screen, and now slide it to the right, this will open a keyboard" so some people can find the settings. If only they had a way to easily find the home button on Ios devices.... Seriously! The home button... Is hard to figure out for some people

waiting... waiting... waiting for a troll apple fan to bash everyone around. :))

This move is not surprising as it should not had been on an injunction in the first place.

All these court dramas seems to be more popular than launch of new phones these days. Apple in particular should concentrate on making better phones/tablets that could attract more people (not just their fanbase) and stop all this nuisance.
