App reveals that HTC HD8 might be alive and well in Romania

The Windows Phone app "...I'm a WP7!" seems to have revealed that HTC is working on the HTC HD8 as a follow-through model to the HTC HD2 (when a 4.3 inch screen was really something) and the HTC HD7; device stats show that despite its name, the phone is running on 7740...

While I am not impressed with the naming, I am happy HTC is keeping the line alive.

Is HTC HD8 a rebrand of HTC HD7/HD7S? Or is it a completely new model? It can't be the HTC Radiant because rumors have it that this phone is getting a 4.7 screen, not 4.3 as rumored in the article above.

As an HD7 user, I look forward to an HD8. If true, hopefully will come to states as a tmo exclusive, just like its predecessor.

t-mo deserves a WP exclusive, no doubt.
