While I doubt that Apple really has anything to hide, I find it interesting that this app was rejected while apps like Baby Shaker and apps promoting homophobic "gay cure" websites are approved.

sniggly are you reporting my posts now because you can't take getting trolled back even though you troll all day?

I've only reported a couple of posts by spammers. I find your posts to be of little to no value, especially since you never have anything useful to say in the iphone versus android debate. However, while I see Apple lovers abusing the thumb vote button en laser, I'm not a tool. So I will never try to get your posts removed. I have had some of my own posts removed without explanation. It sucks, and I'm not enough of a tool to do that to anyone else. I only ever respond to posts to offer my own opinion.
But maybe you're simply projecting.

I've never claimed my comments matter. But at least I get my facts straight.

actually I've countered pretty much all your "points" about iPhone users not having valid arguments about why they prefer iPhone. I'm not actually part of the debate of iOS vs Android. I'm actually happy with the iPhone and can care less what phone other people use. You on the other hand are clearly jealous of Apple and it tortures you to see people use their products especially since the iPhone crushes every other smartphone in sales.

If by "countering" you mean bleating that iPhone outsells everything and claiming I'm jealous, then yes, you've done a five job of that. It's fine if you're happy with the iPhone. If it were still 2007 and nothing comparable to the iPhone existed I would probably be happy with it too. But it's 2011, and apart from aesthetics, iPhone has hardly bothered to include any major changes to its design. Apart from the front facing camera, all iPhones are virtually indistinguishable from the front.
Meanwhile, other companies have gotten off their butts and brought in their own major innovations. Where's the laptop with the plug and play processor? Where is the fingerprint scanner? Where is the dual core processor? How about 4G connectivity? Oh, that's right, Motorola kinda got the drop on you there. How about Flash player, included, free and robust navigation, true customization and true multitasking? Ooh, sorry, that was Android blowing by iPhone. And yet, and this is what irritates me about Apple, they and all their fans scream that iPhone destroys everything else in every aspect of everything ever. In reality, the only thing iPhone has over anyone is a slightly smoother and crisper experience with slightly higher ease of use.
As for sales, I'm no more jealous of the iPhone than I am of the Bible or Twilight. But I despise its most ardent fans for the same reason I despises the most ardent and evangelical Christians or Twilight fans. The Bible is a book that ranges from okay to mediocre to downright horrid. Twilight is a book that ranges from funny and slightly engaging to vomit inducing painful. The iPhone is an okay smartphone with a couple of major crippling issues. Each started crazes of their own, and each have distributors who just love to pump as much money as possible out of their fans.
And each has generated a fanbase which has forgotten any alternatives to their random of choice. They act like the product they worship is the only object or idea of significance in the world. They seek to convert any and all not yet exposed to their faith, deride all other options as pure evil, and will spread lies and falsehoods in order to defend their faith. And they all also use the bandwagon argument as if other people agreeing with them makes them right. They will also call people who disagree with them jealous and bitter, even when this isn't true. For instance, you accuse me of being bitter and jealous even though I can still make money off of the iPhone should I choose. It's less money than I can make off of any Android phone, but it's not nothing. And even when I couldn't sell the iPhone I didn't miss it because no one ever told me that they weren't going to buy from me because they were going for the iPhone. And even if they came in asking for the iPhone, by the time they walked out they were convinced that Android was at least worth considering.

Wow looks like I really got to you based on your essay response. Most of your points you bring up are invalid. There were no 4g phones last June when the iPhone came out. There were no dual core phones. No phones even had flash yet. So that means all the droid phones sucked too then right? As far as design all phone makers copied the iPhone. As far as you lying I explained why you're lying. You once again fail with invalid points. You're jealousy screams in this looong post haha

If Apple were really that innovative they would have come up with all of those things first. iPhone didn't even have a gigahertz processor phone before Android; that was the HTC Droid Incredible, released before the iPhone 4. Flash support came with Froyo, which was released over a month before the iPhone 4. So not only can't you get your facts straight, you can't acknowledge that Android phone manufacturers announced and released dual core phones and 4G phones, and will release phones with both, at about the time that the iPhone 5 comes out. And Apple will NEVER have flash support unless Jobs sucks it up, and Apple has yet to announce a plug and play laptop/processor or even an interface for the iPad which is optimized for a tablet experience.
All phones copied the iPhone? Android was in development two years before the iPhone was ever announced, and its parent company formed four years before the iPhone was released. And while yes, Apple popularized the overall form factor of a phone that's dominated by a touchscreen, they weren't the first to the touchscreen game by a long shot. Furthermore, there is no mistaking most android phones for an iPhone. You cannot say that the Motorola Droid took much of anything from the iPhone's aesthetics. And what did the next iPhone look like? It had sharper edges, was less Curvy... more like the Droid.
And I write essays because when I destroy your arguments, I want you to know it. I try to spell everything out and dispel everything you throw at me. I'm thorough, in a word. And you still haven't offered a valid reason for why I would be lying.

In conclusion, Taco, I have explained all of this to you REPEATEDLY. And just like now, I have often done it from the keyboard of my Droid X. And when I tell you all of this, the most you've said is "you're a liar and you're still jealous," without offering a single reason why I should lie about any of this. Sounds familiar. "You're not jealous of Twilight's success? You lie." "You're not unhappy as an atheist, aching for God's love? You lie." I do find myself in the minority on many issues like these, but I'm at peace with that. It gives me a little pride knowing that I'm just that much more unique among my fellow humans.
So what now, Taco? Are you going to once again "counter" me? Or are you going to man up, apologize, and accept that you were wrong about me?

Tolerance people!!! Android people OBJECTIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE comments + IPhone people OBJECTIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE comments = Consumer Winsdom and knowledge progress. Don't make anything personal, be accurate and tolerant. Everybody... keep up the good work :) I always get something interesting and helpful of both sides.
