I think it is inept to think that just because people are on Facebook, they want Facebook hanging in front of their face constantly. It's not the function of Facebook; I can imagine music-centric, game-centric, even camera-centric gear, because these are things that get people excited. Facebook cannot emotionalize hardware. Having it as an app, or widget is more than enough. And aggregators like Flipboard, HTC Blinkfeed, Sony Sociallife etc. cater those who prefer to bring Facebook to the foreground. More than this is already overkill.
