Weekly news round-up
Once again, it is time for our mandatory round-up of interesting news from the past 7 days. Among them is a spicy rumor coming from a pretty trustworthy source – one suggesting that a Nokia Lumia smartphone with Android could come soon. Sounds hard to believe, we know, but we wouldn't call it bogus just yet. After all, let's not forget that Nokia phones powered by Android are already available – the Nokia X and Nokia XL.

In other news, Sony announced the Xperia C3. Its stand-out feature is that it should excel at taking selfies thanks to its 5MP front-facing camera with wide, 80-degree optics. What's more, there's a "soft" LED flash at the front of the phone for illuminating darker selfie scenes.

And speaking of Sony, its Xperia Z2 Tablet is coming to Verizon this week. In fact, it can already be pre-ordered online and those who do get one will receive a pair of noise-cancelling earphones as a gift.
