Android 4.3 finally allows 3rd party SMS apps to handle Quick Responses

We keep trying to give a breakdown of the new features in Android 4.3, and as much as we try, there is always something new that pops up that we didn't know about before. Today, that new feature is that Android 4.3 allows 3rd party SMS apps to handle Quick Responses on incoming calls...

Do you mean "Quick Text Response to a Caller Before Sending Them to Voicemail " ?? this has been there since 4.0 - unless you want a different app to handle it, that would add to complexity, be prone to delays, crashes, etc???
Keep it simple, unless you want your caller to lose interest, get a garbled SMS, or worse just be cut off!!!

How i wish they update or put an option where you can send SMS not limited to by 160character and not turning it into MMS.
