Analyst thinks Microsoft will launch its web-glasses in 2014

0. phoneArena 05 Apr 2013, 00:15 posted on

First off, we'd like to apologize because our Photoshop skills are not up to par, and as far as we can tell, Steve Ballmer is the one person who hasn't had a pair of Google Glass shopped onto his face yet. Still, the story remains that an analyst has said that he believes Microsoft will launch its own web-enabled glasses as soon as next year...

Microsoft certainly do have the technology and money to easily do this, I think everyone will carefully watch how the Google Glass works out, and if its a positive result, they'll jump on board.

If there ever was a real-life definition of putting the horse before the cart, it would be the action of The 5 Point Cafe in Seattle which has banned Google Glass, and now they can add Microsoft (Windows) Glass to the list!

Yeah, even though I don't like this whole Internet/Glasses thing, its certainly going to be in the future, but I wonder how successful it will be. I won't buy it, i'm leaning to the whole Watch thing, but its all preference and opinion. ;)

Good guy Google, all the companies are going to copy google glasses and google will be the only company not sueing each other over things like shape of the frame and software.

Who says Google own the patents for Google Glass? This sought of technology has been used by the military and private technology firms for years now.

You don't get it. You haven't been around enough to.

It's a continuation of a running joke, beginning when I noted one time that Ballmer's face induces the desire in me to punch him in the face. It's continued on from there.

I mean, do you really think I'm planning to punch him in the face?

Looks like the glass crowd is going to get much more busy and certainly have a great deal of interest with consumers. If they can really make it light and easy to use, not to mention great looking, it will be a tech that is here to stay and not be annoying like 3D.
