Leaks of ios 7 were posted online like two weeks before, and ended up actually being what appled revealed (talking icons, and multitasking) ..not too secretive, but definitely better than most companies

He can get a Nexus 4 for cheap, too. It has very good specs considering it's price.

Financial crisis? Then you should get lumia 520, safest bet,but if you wanna risk yourself at this stage, p6 is highly recommended, but now you should value your money more than the phone right? :)

Pretty sure this will follow the Macbook Pro and Macbook Air model; the Air (iPad Mini) gets a less dense screen resolution but it's amazingly portable and light with great battery life. While the Pro (Normal iPad) Gets the resolution and battery life, but sacrifices some portability.

I don't think Apple is interested in a retina iPad mini because it steals business away from the full size iPad which starts at $500. It obvious that the iPad mini has brought Apple's profits down while hurting it's bigger iPad. I don't see a 9.7" iPad out selling a cheaper 7.9" mini unless Apple purposely gimps the mini. Apple figures that if you want the best display you're going to pay $500 for the best display.
The Nexus 7 rev 2 will destroy the iPad mini.

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. Amen! 2 Timothy 1:7
