Amazon Mobile Ads API goes after Google

Going right after Google, Amazon has introduced its mobile ad API that any Android developer looking to monetize an app can do; instead of using AdSense which is owned by you know whoogle, you can try Amazon's API which has the power of the nation's largest retailer behind it and it can be used for apps on the Amazon Appstore as well as those in the Google Play Store...

Great! No more google monopoly. Amazon sells everything under the sun, but not google. this is a great move by Amazon.

Yes i hate monopoly no matter who has it.
Google needs a competitor just like any corporate would for benefit of customers.

what I don't understand is how they keep putting the kindle series in the android camp. they don't have the doogle play store. they don't even mention google. they took the open source and made there own os,
