While the Amazon Kindle Fire launches on Tuesday, ordering it that day from the online retailer will bring the tablet to your door between November 21st and November 23rd; if you want the tablet the day it is released, try Best Buy where the Kindle Fire will be in stock for $199.99...

Amazon says mine will be delivered Thursday..I can wait a few days. Super excited for this as I am a die-hard Amazon consumer!!!

i dont know much but at sam's club we got a inVue security system last week for the kindle fire

You can tell immediately if the Fire is a hit or a miss by watching how kids interact with the tablet. Apple's success with the ipad is that even a three-year-old can figure out to use the ipad.

I am going try see if Best Buy has any working units so I can observe the kids.
