Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 gets price cut

The Wi-Fi connected version of the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 is getting a 10% price cut to $269 while the 4G LTE variant of the tablet has its price whacked by $100 to $399; the tablet is now being launched overseas and Amazon wants to get it in the hands of as many people as possible since the company turns a profit by selling content, storage and apps...

Lets get these tabs to $99 for smalls and $199 for larges.. then we have useful devices IMO... iPad at $500-900 3 years later is so laughable it makes me want to vow nuclear war on Apple not the other way around
