Alltel gets the Evoke, Cricket takes the Hint

We’ve heard that Cricket will offer Motorola Evoke QA4 some time in Q2 but while we were waiting, the device became officially available with Alltel and it is now selling it for $79.99 after $100 mail-in rebate. The touch screen phone with sliding out numeric keypad will be available at this price to both new and existing customers as long as they are willing to commit to a two-year contract using any of the Smart-Choice Pack service plans, starting at $69.99 a month.

On the other hand, another Motorola handset,the Hint QA30, is now available with Cricket. The full QWERTY phone will set you back $249.99 but you can order online for $20 discount.
