0. phoneArena 11 Feb 2013, 07:16 posted on

Yup, that's what the iPhone 5S will look like, if the latest leak delivered by the rumor mill is to be trusted. Looks quite familiar, doesn't it? In fact, the smartphone in the photos below appears to be more or less identical to the iPhone 5...

No design changes make sense, since these guys need how much... 15 days to change 2 lines in their website? 1 full year is no way good enough for them to come up the ONLY product they have to push to public.

People who think the "S" model will be a different design haven't been following Apple. The "S" model has always been just internal changes to the previous version, that's not going to change.

People need to give up on following the hardware and pay more attention to what they are doing (not doing) with the software. It's not the hardware that will make or break the iPhone, it's the tired old OS they continue on spoon feeding the masses with. If they don't bring something truly innovative with iOS7, expect people to start migrating to other platforms, even in the US. When someone like Woz points it out, it's time to get out of the comfort zone and start doing something new. Apple needs to take a dose of their own medicine and "Think Differently."

On one hand....if it ain't broke don't fix it.

On the other hand....some folks with Android and WP now probably would get tired of the same design over n over of they went iPhone.

Oh, I absolutely would. The original and 2nd generation iPhones were game changers. Since then, not so much.

Apple did what they always do - innovate once, then rest on their laurels and attempt to control the market through litigation. And every time, the competition cruises right past them.

And make pretty devices. I still think the iPhone 4/4s was one of the best looking phones ever.

Let us hope that Apple at least offers more color choices a la iPod Touch.

OMG same old s**t. Apple is like an old that can't learn new tricks. Yep people will flock for them b/c their Apple and not looking what are the features. Even non tech people should compare and contrast. Their are better options out there people. Bigger and more software features than a simple press and swipe.

Looking the same isn't a crime...HTC has gotten away w/it for years. Sticking w/the idea of a smaller screen would be a crime or at least offer multiple size options. Most iPhone users prefer the smaller phone size which is one of the reasons they avoid android but iPhone users like myself would actually love to see a iPhone 5-incher.
