Samsung seems to have beaten Apple in features. iPhone os better looking but just the screen staying on as long as eyes are on screen gives Sammy the upperhand. Note 2 for me. And the Stylus is just a whole new world of delight. Nope Samsung for me.

Phonearena is in the money making business, and unfortunately tech geeks only make up a small percentage of the world. The iphone will still sell regardless of the specs bc it was the first revolutionary phone and average consumer will always flock to it until the next revolutionary phone comes out that will change the way we use mobile devices.

Peoples chump (or is it apple's chumps?) Why would I want to get an iphone when my Android is better? Got to give you credit though...when the product fails to impress anyone but current ifans, you will still try to validate your choice of platform - "Buy an iphone...the stock market (and the richest company in the world) will thank you!"....pleeeaasse.
Unless they come up with something actually ground-breaking, the only way they will impress me is to make and assemble them in America. I know about the other OEM's and their working conditions, but at least their products impress me.

Does the 30 year old housewife in Ohio care about innovation. NO. She just wants a iphone 5. Multiply that by millions every month. As much as you hate it, those are the facts. This time next month when CNBC or Bloomburg reports Apple sold x number of iphones 5 worldwide and there stock goes up, that is what you are in business to do. Sell product. Apple knows how to do that.
Palm web os was a good product that failed to sell. Where is it now.

people only want the iphone due to word of mouth and commercial publicity. i worked at verizon for long time. no one ever was amazed at the mandatory features we would convey to them. when we would compare the 4s to the razr or the s3. people would react more surprised when we would show them the android features the phones had. siri a almost grounbraking software, people didnt really care about and dont find that much of a need to use it, only to ask siri retarded questions to make poeple laugh was one of the only cool things about that phone.and the fact the camera,processer were barely upgraded made people mad. about 90 percent of the employes i know rocked android platform, and thats saying alot.

I was not wowed this time, Sorry, I am sure like always it is a great product, with the same price point as the other models, but, we all knew it was going to be faster, and bigger, even though, it isn't that much bigger screen size. The edge to edge in the new RAZR's I like. Its been fun Apple, but my next family upgrade is going elsewhere. The design I am sorry but its long in the tooth. If this was the first or second iPhone to look like this, I would be excited, but in all honesty its starting to look like the Blackberries, every time they released a new Bold or a curve, they all looked the same pretty much, this is what it reminds me of Apple will still sell a ton of them, but not to me this time.

omg still it sucks. guyss have u noticed one thing? they just have increased the size because of other competetors out there it hardly makes difference in the screen size. THEY HAVE NOT MADE IT WIDER. its clear that wih that screen size , wider phones look great and useful. it looks like a choclate bar. there is no doubt that the desighn is good looking but hey apple is MAKING FOOL of ppl here. Usually companies, work according to the demand of people and consider those demands srsly. but here its opposite. apple is actually and literally making PEOPLE- follow COMPANY'S own demands. and apple iphone was a BIG HYPE. just to sell their damn products and prove that they r on top they developed this crap stuff. and ppl r following. wow all idiots i would say. look at android---- they r producing what people r demanding- for eg- big screen, better user interfaces, more ppi and thing phones etc. so its u guys who have to decide whether to go for the hype or not.

There is a reason why Apple did not make the phone wider or double wide for you. Apple made the screen longer because it did not effect the apps. A wider screen and they would have had to changed all of the apps.

its effected the apps anyway, there will be 2 black bars when you used the old apps so they could have made it wider but its a lazy design
last time i seen black parts on a screen when running an app was on my 6630 with s60 ........outdated much
