All touch BlackBerry Curve 9380 gets home field advantage, available now from TELUS
The BlackBerry Curve 9380 is now available from Canadian carrier TELUS. What sets this Curve model apart from others is the 3.2 inch touchscreen that adorns the front of the device. The phone has just recently been introduced by Canadian based RIM, and just because it has a touchscreen does not mean that it has top of the line specs. In fact, starting with the 360 x 480 resolution of the display, and the 800MHz single-core processor, the BlackBerry Curve 9380 has been very much designed for the budget conscious smartphone owner even though it does run on the new BlackBerry 7 OS.

Sign a three-year contract with TELUS and the BlackBerry Curve 9380 is yours for just $49.99. With a two-year deal, the phone is priced at $269.99 which rises to $319.99 with a one year pact. With no contract, the device will cost you $369.99.

While TELUS is offering the phone now, Stateside BlackBerry fans who have had their eye on this model should not fret. While RIM did not detail which carriers will get the model, there are expectations that the first touchscreen BlackBerry Curve will make it to the US.
