All new Sony Xperia phones announced at MWC 2017 are coming to the US

Sony's been quite busy at MWC 2017, announcing no less than four new Android smartphones: Xperia XZ Premium, Xperia XZs, Xperia XA1, and Xperia XA1 Ultra.

While we knew that the XZ Premium and XZs would arrive in the US this spring (albeit without fingerprint scanners), we weren't sure about the XA1 models. But we can now confirm that all four new handsets will be available Stateside. As you can see by visiting the source link below, Sony Mobile's official US website currently lists the four Xperias as "coming soon", even allowing interested customers to register for updates about the XZ Premium's availability.

Right now, we have exact release dates and pricing info only for the Xperia XZs (April 5, $699) and Xperia XA1 (April 26, $299). But the Xperia XZ Premium and Xperia XA1 Ultra will likely be out at about the same time.

Since all recent Xperias launched in the US were (or still are) sold only unlocked, we don't really expect carriers to offer any of these 2017 Sony smartphones.
