Affordable and full featured LG Tritan now available for Alltel
Share this page:
It looks like the LG AX840 Tritan has finally made its way to Alltel. Equally surprising is the relatively low price of $79.99 after rebates for a two year contract. This isn't some underpowered touch screen phone – it actually is packing quite an impressive list of features. The 3G enabled device is graced with a vivid 3.0” touch screen, stereo Bluetooth, 64MB of internal storage, and a 3-megapixel camera. You'll even have the option to send messages with the slide-out QWERTY keyboard for those quick on the go chats. The price for the Tritan makes it an attractive offer to anyone looking for a full featured phone.

The Blackberry Pearl came out on Alltel about 8 weeks prior to VZW, so if that is any indication this LG phone should be out for VZW soon.

This phone will be operating on Verizon's network as it's more or less a post-merger phone model, but I somewhat doubt there will be a Verizon-branded version, just as there was never a Verizon version of the AX830 Glimmer that this phone is the successor of. Who knows, stranger things have happened.
