Adobe launches Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Sketch apps for Android
Adobe recently released two new Android apps that are meant to offer photographers in-depth editing for their captured pictures, but also a way to draw with pencils while on the move. The apps are called Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Sketch, and they're both free to download via Google Play.

Adobe Photoshop Fix presents itself as a complex Android app that allows users to do some image retouching and restoration on their phones. The application enables access to edited photos within other Adobe mobile and desktop apps, but that requires signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud.

The Photoshop Fix app comes with a range of useful features like the ability to fix imperfections using content from surrounding areas and then blend the result, as well as the option to adjust contrast, saturation, vignettes and control exposure.

After you finish editing a picture you can easily send it directly to Photoshop CC on the desktop, so you can fine-tune it even further. Liquify, color, paint, defocus, retouch and restore, heal and patch are just some of the features that Photoshop Fix has to offer.

Adobe Photoshop Sketch is a completely different type of app, as it focuses on allowing users to draw with pens, markers, pencils, erasers, ink brush and many other objects in order to create artwork.

Any created artwork can then be sent as layered files to Adobe Photoshop CC or Adobe Illustrator CC. The application offers a few features for sketchers, such as the option to add multiple image and drawing layers, as well as the ability to create an infinite variety of Sketch brushes using Capture CC.

Keep in mind that while Adobe Photoshop Fix requires Android 5.0 and up, the Photoshop Sketch app works on any device powered by Android 4.4 or newer.
