We were pleasantly surprised how the Acer Liquid E1 feels in the hand. Granted, it is all plastic, but the design is pretty solid, and the patterned back doesn't attract fingerprints. The phone is also pretty light and the IPS display might not be HD, but ensures good colors and excellent viewing angles...

it seems as if Acer is completely lost on their marketing strategy.
There are plenty of budget options from more recognised phone manufacturers so why is Acer trying this stunt? probably for the heck of staying in the smartphone game.
What they should be doing is launching a stellar product which grabs media attention and when that becomes a success they should diversify into mid-range and lower-end segments.
Its disaapointing to see Acer trying and failing....alomst every time!

Agreed. I believe they hv the expertise in building a better spec phone. It would be good if it comes with 16GB internal memory.
