Acer ICONIA TAB A500 is believed to arrive at Target stores starting on May 15th

When it comes to buying electronics, most people would agree that Best Buy would be one the first locations to pop up in their heads – especially when they mainly focus on consumer electronics. And rightfully so, it’s one of the few places where you can pick up the affordable $450 Acer ICONIA TAB A500 right now.

However, it’s looking like Target might be selling the Honeycomb flavored tablet as well some time down the road according to snapshots taken of a non-retail functional model by an employee. Although the snapshot of the packaging might not be the sharpest out there, it shows that the proposed sale date tagged for it is May 15th – a good two weeks away from now. As much as we’d love to see this tablet priced even lower than it is at Best Buy, it’d be very hard pressed to see it set at anything else from the $450 pricing we’re seeing right now.

Finally, it’s not known whether or not all stores nationwide will be selling it, or if it’s merely something that’s confined to a few select stores. Nevertheless, it'll only be simply a matter of time before we hear a confirmation regard its availability.
