people need to give the palm a chance. i have the palm pre plus from verizon wireless and the functions of the phone are amazing. Its the easiest phone to use. Name a function that the iphone, or droid can do that the pre cant? Ive owned the iphone 2g, 3g, 3gs, motorola droid, blackberry storm, storm 2, tour, curve and many more and the palm pre tops all of those phones..

i completely agree. unfortunately it all comes down to the marketing. people are brainwashed by the constant verizon adds that the droid is this immaculate piece of technology...when in reality its the same old mass produced garbage that motorola has been putting out for years. quantity over quality is apperently their moto.

Wow, appearently you've never used one....Moto built the hardware yes, but incase you haven't been reading (wich its obvious you havent) The Android platform is not only the "Must have" of 2010 its also growing faster than any other product on the market. I would say Immaculate is the perfect term to use, and even investors are reaching in there wallets for a shot at the new Motorola company as a whole...the new CEO has made a 180 turn...good luck with your babbleing

I love WebOS, it is a pleasure to use, but I don't care for the form fact. I think the screens are to small and I should have the option to use a virture keyboard. I think it is the form fact that is kill the Pre and the Pixi.

you do have the option to use a virtual keyboard. granted, its homebrew, but works perfectly.

Palm's webOS is an amazing mobile operating system. However, I'm tired of the form factor of the Palm Pre and the Palm Pixi. I'm ready for Palm to make a completely new device, not just another variation of the Pre or Pixi.

Leave it to At&t's "Band Wagon" Jumping to be a long drawn out process...Its like they said " We are the only ones with iPhone, let our customers wait if they want options...If the iPhone is the only cool phone we sell, Apple will pat us on the back and we can giggle to eachother and our investors meetings" - Boo At&t for the Slowest 3g coverage, being the last company to get 3g coverage, last company to get android, and web OS...But hey you can browse the web and talk at the SAME TIME!!!! NO WAY!!! cheers this ones for you Luke.

"But hey you can browse the web and talk at the SAME TIME!!!! NO WAY!!! cheers this ones for you Luke." LMAO... its definitely true. AT&T is one giant bandwagon. Do they even sell any other phone besides the iPhone?

*sigh...* slowest 3G coverage? Papajay have you read any of the articles that show at&t's 3G speeds 60% faster than verizon? Faster uploads than everyone else, faster downloads than everyone else. Did you think before you spoke, or do you just have a "yeah well at&t sucks!" reflex that makes you spout your babble whenever someone says anything other than "droid does"???

ATT is faster than verizon in "some areas", thats true. but on the much much much larger scale VZW's 3g coverage is eons ahead of ATT. Besides, with Tmobile launching the 21mb/s network as of a few days ago, Tmo is now the fastest carrier. LOL

Oh excuse me, verizon bested at&t in 3 out of 13 markets in download speeds, and at&t bested Verizon in every market they tested in upload speeds, as seen in PC world's latest 3g comparisons and reported on this site, as well as a test done by root wireless in 7 markest as seen here:http://telephonyonline.com/3g4
g/news/att-outperforms-verizon-1204/ So on the much much larger scale I think you need to remove thyself from the vzw tit and see what's going down. And in what market does Tmaybe have 21mbps?
