Last two weeks of September starts on Sept 16, which is definitely the middle of the month. If they're expecting high volume starting then and thru the end of the month, I don't see how that's inconsistent with the other stories.

Sept = 30 days
2 weeks = 14 days
30 - 14 = 16

If something starts in the middle of a month, it is not the same as if it starts at the end of the month. The article writer is absolutely right. You guys are the morons.

I see where the confusion might be. They were probably referencing two different tipsters. Maybe? I don't know, pretty confused now.

Apparently no one at phonearena is aware of this, but 14 days before the end of a 30 day month is what would be considered the "middle" of the month.
