AT&T's Global Messaging 50 Package is a low cost international texting solution
Sending a text message to someone located outside of the US is not only going to be easier for AT&T customers, but saving some much needed cash at the same time. No longer will you have to suffer with an over-bloated bill at the end of the month thanks to AT&T's just announced Global Messaging 50 Package. Essentially for a flat rate of $10.00 per month, the new feature offers customers the ability to send messages overseas to more than 90 countries for $0.20 per message. You can send a text, instant message, picture, or video message to just about anyone and not need to worry about any overages on your bill – that's as long as you stay within the 50 messages per month limit. If you do happen to exceed that limit, AT&T will only charge $0.40 for each additional message sent – still a lot better than before. When you break it down to what was offered prior to this, it used to cost $0.50 per text and $1.30 for a picture or video message – it's a no brainer thinking about how much it adds up down the road.

T-Mobile texting internationally is already only .20 per. And you don't have to pay 10.00 a month, plus there's no limit like 50 per month. That's suppose to be a deal????

T-Mobile international roaming messaging is .35 per message actually, still cheaper than AT&T but still just thought I'd clarify. Plus you're not required to pay $10 per month or anything. If you don't pay, you'll just have the standard rate of .50 for SMS and 1.30 for MMS. Recieving is always just gonna take out of whatever package you have. Like I said, still more expensive than T-Mo it seems, but this is a nice option for people that have ATT
