I would doubt that there'd be different versions for just one carrier, even though AT&T has been apple's plaything for 5 years now

so, that's the new trick. The "new in-cell technology". Again, revolutionary?

wow my screens thinner and touching it looks cooler and my phone is still smaller than all other midrange to high end phones. An if i drop it it will still shatter due to apple making sure it breaks easily and it will have some glitch that they obviously knew about that will require you to buy something. Are you serious? smh please please let them actually make something cool not just a slightly larger exact same phone minus the glass casing

Well with their recent track record (ipad, retina display macbooks) I think jphones is probably correct

And something I learned recently: iPod Nano 6th Gen has a problem with stuck power/ sleep buttons along with easily activated water markers.
Apparently Apple used double sided tape to deal with the volume and sleep buttons which fails after a period of time.
I would hope this time Apple doesn't cheap out and balances Form/ Function better than they have in the past.

Its kinda sad that I learn everything that my company is doing from Phone Arena and not from my company. I can definitely confirm the blackout dates though...

All of these rumors are chasing people away from buying a new phone... What gives anyone the right to keep passing these along. I was watching my local news and they were talking about it like its set in stone and i know customers are buying into it. so if sept comes and we dont have an iphone launch they are gona freak out... please stop spreading this crap till u know or hear anything from apple. fyi the world will end in dec i read it online!
oh and i work at att and we dont have any black outs!!! This is what im talking about!!!!

This is true, however blackout dates are specific to the department you work in. Obviously a department that deals with financing payments arrangements (for example) is less likely to have a blackout period than a department that handles people wanting to cancel because they aren't eligible for a new iPhone upgrade yet. Of course knowing Apple, we won't even know a thing until the week before it hits either. Just rumors feeding the iMachine my friends.

Actually, for call centers is not a black out period - but, it is in stores. AT&T does not even know the release date of the iphone until about 6 weeks or so. So, at the beginning of the year when employees are asked to pick their days off, September is an option.
This story runs every year, and always leaves out info. Then again, we are talking about Phone Arena when it comes to telling us the news. When anyone reads articles on here, please get more info from other sources to get the complete picture.

Must be something different for CRT groups. We all know ATT really stands for "At This Time" anyway.
