0. phoneArena posted on 14 Nov 2012, 04:32

Whether due to excessive amount of orders, or simply because of sluggishness, it seems like AT&T is finding it hard to process all orders for the new Nokia Lumia 920 on time...

Due to staff trainig that was given, so the sales of L920 declines and recommend and force customers to migrate to other brand & platform, this is showing that this is the service you will recieve..™®©

AT&T will undoubtedly blame this on Hurricane Sandy, blaming the storm for it's iWiFi outage in the northeast. Staff training??
Do they really train their staff???

How is this ATT fault? You all have to be retarded! Nothing but Nokia to blame atm.

8. blattlaus posted on 14 Nov 2012, 07:14 4 1

It's ATT fault because if its slow order processing who else is to blame? If its a supply chain issue, ATT should have listed the phone as backordered instead of in stock and ready to ship. ATT insists on putting phones in special ATT boxes and with special branding. They need to manage their supply.

Nokia gave them a wrongful demand. Nokia can't produce the amount required they need to GTFO. Nokia has yet to prove anything in this new Tech age, and they will once again go unheard from after this!

I haven't heard any other complaints re: the order processing of any other carrier worldwide of Nokia phones. Judging by your response to my last post, it doesn't look like you want to look at this rationally, so have a nice day.

AT&T is full of it. I placed my order ince last week, the minute pre-orders were allowed and as per the site it said it woul be delivred on Friday 11/9. I called in and they said it was out for delivery on 11/9, and never received it. Called back again and they lied and said now that there was a problem with my order that i accepted my contract on 11/9 and it caused my order delay.

AT&T are a bunch of liars, who can't be honest about the simplest thing. We should all have are phones discounted to free and have an upgraded wireless charger or compensate us in some way. If this is Nokia fault, someone needs to make a statement and say we are low on stock and is aware of the problem. There no excuse for this when its labeled a "flagship" device.
