The Facebook-centric device for those whose thumbs are always connected to a QWERTY keyboard, the HTC Status, is now available at AT&T for a price of $49 with a signed two-year contract; without a contract, the phone can be bought for $399...

TBH if this came with a 1gb processor, bigger screen then i would have considered this phone. Even with the FB button. Just sad that this is the only offering from ATT with 2.3..

I hate to say this but the ChaCha and Salsa are both going to be massive flops that no ones going to pay 4. This is sad. The only phone worth buying currently on AT&T's lineup is the Samsung infuse 4G.

The other sad thing is that for the same price on contract the Infuse 4G is available.
