I always hope for better service from AT&T...
However, seeing as its been 15 years and 3 different states, its a hope in the lightest of its definitions, else, I have totally given up on AT&T service...
The one time they where great was AFTER the giant was broken apart, now that its been re-assembled, its once again back to being complete s**te

AT&T has been thru alot of networking problems, but they are working on getting back to where they were a few years ago.
I used to work for AT&T (both Customer Relations and Sales) and the "bad apples" AT&T has.........tarnished their reputation. I think that AT&T is working on improving their brand and thats good enough for me. Ive had AT&T for a couple years now and i cant complain about it. I cant stand Sprint because of their spending limit, I dont like Tmobile because you're paying an arm and leg for their phones and their close to being bought out again which means you dont know whats going to happen to them. As far as Verizon is concerned, theres something shady about them. I cant put my finger on it, but i dont trust them
I'll stay with AT&T and hang in there while they try to improve their image

AT&T's problem is that they have not fully unified the companies' systems from acquisitions and between DSL/phone, Uverse and wireless. A lot of miscommunication still goes on there. Plus, now they try to sell Uverse to wireless customers - very annoying.
They do work well, along with Verizon here in Cali.
