AT&T is cutting in half the prices for some of its messaging phones for spring
With the wintery months behind us and spring just upon us, AT&T is jump starting the new change of scenery with some eye opening drops in price for some of its most popular messaging phones. The slightly warmer weather expected to come along with spring brings some great deals as AT&T is offering their customers up to 50 percent off most of its quick messaging handsets in its lineup – these deals are good with a qualifying voice and data plan on a 2 year contract. If you've been waiting to finally move yourself up to one of these handset, the best time is probably now if you've been saving up since the long holiday season ended. The deals include the Motorola Karma for $14.99, LG Neon for $9.99, Pantech Reveal for $14.99, Pantech Impact for $24.99, Samsung Mythic for $129.99, Samsung Flight for $129.99, and the Samsung Magnet for $9.99 – prices are after all mail-in-rebates. It's nice to see some great deals on some of these phones, but it could pave way to newer devices coming out soon that'll replace the existing lineup of handsets. Still, you can't ask for anything better to be a late adopter to some of these messaging phones.

The website or direct from ATT always ends up being more expensive for a while. The stores are usually the second best price, and then third party dealers like radio shack or Sam's get specials on certain phones pretty early, but get new releases a little later. Just how it is.
